Please be patient with me. I just had catarac surgery and can not see well enough
to add news to my page at present. I shall get to this in a couple of weeks...hopefully....
The idea of this folder is to explain how we deterime which roads are to be done
and what gets done. Also a list of roads scheduled for paving according to our capital forecast.
